Ingrédients des Nouilles à la cocotte au poulet et calamars :

  • 4 blancs de poulet
  • 3 calmars entiers (en morceaux)
  • 1 petit oignon
  • 1 boîte à dents
  • une tomate poire
  • 1 cuillère à café de paprika doux
  • quelques brins de safran
  • 1 verre de vin blanc
  • bouillon de poisson jusqu’à ce que les nouilles soient couvertes (si ça s’évapore j’en rajoute un peu)
  • 50 grammes d’huile

Préparation des Nouilles en cocotte au poulet et calamars :

  1. On met les ingrédients de la sauce dans le verre : l’oignon, l’ail, la tomate, une pincée de paprika doux et le safran. nous hachons
  2. 5 secondes / vitesse 4.
  3. Fais-le souvent Sofrie
  4. 7 minutes / 100ºC / vitesse cuillère.
  5. Nous posons le papillon sur les lames et ajoutons les morceaux de poulet et les morceaux de calmar dans le verre et programmons
  6. 8 minutes / 100ºC / tourner à gauche / vitesse cuillère. (retire le papillon)
  7. Ajouter le bouillon, (selon les convives), saler et poivrer au goût et faire cuire
  8. 20 minutes / 100ºC / tourner à gauche / vitesse cuillère.
  9. Ajouter les pâtes par la bouche et cuire
  10. 15 minutes / 100ºC / tourner à gauche / vitesse cuillère (ou le temps que vous voyez que les pâtes sont à votre goût.)
  11. Tirer profit!! Je les mange avec un verre de cava ou de vin blanc et ils vont très bien !
