- ½ Kg de sang de poulet cuit
- 60 grammes d’huile d’olive
- 220 grammes d’oignon
- 2 gousses d’ail
- 60 grammes de tomates frites
- 50 grammes de vin blanc
- 1 pincée de sel
Préparation de sang aux oignons au thermomix
- On commence par mettre l’oignon dans notre bol du Thermomix et on le hache
- 5 secondes / vitesse 8
- Ajouter l’huile d’olive et programmer
- 10 minutes / 100º C / vitesse 1
- On met le papillon et on met le sang cuit en morceaux avec une pincée de sel et on programme
- 1o minutes / 100º C / tourner à gauche / vitesse cuillère
- Incorporer l’ail en morceaux, la tomate frite et le vin et programmer
- 2 minutes / 100º C / Tourner à gauche / vitesse cuillère
