  • 1 kilo d’agneau désossé
  • Sel et poivre au goût
  • Un filet d’huile d’olive
  • 200 grammes d’eau
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de farine
  • Pour la marinade :
  • 3 ail
  • 110 grammes d’eau
  • 110 grammes de vinaigre de cidre
  • 2 brins de romarin

préparation

  1. Lorsque vous avez tous ces ingrédients, suivez les étapes que nous indiquons :
  2. Préparez la marinade en ajoutant le romarin et l’ail épluché dans le bol du Thermomix. Programmer un

  4. Ajouter l’eau et le vinaigre et programmer à

  6. Versez le contenu du verre dans un bol et mettez l’agneau dedans toute la nuit.
  7. Le lendemain, retirez l’agneau de la source et faites-le revenir dans une poêle avec de l’huile. Ensuite, vous l’ajoutez dans le verre, ajoutez de la farine sur le dessus et ajoutez également du sel et du poivre, de l’eau et la marinade. Programmer un
