Ingrédients du tiramisu pour la bière avec Thermomix

  • 250 millilitres de bière
  • 302 grammes de crème fraîche
  • poudre de cacao amer
  • 102 grammes de mascarpone
  • 252 grammes de cookies ou biscuits
  • 5 jaunes d’œufs
  • 202 grammes de café
  • 192 grammes de sucre

Préparation du Tiramisu à la bière au Thermomix

  1. Enfilez votre tablier et commencez à bricoler :
  2. Pour la crème, mettre le papillon dans le verre et ajouter la crème. monter à
  3. vitesse 3/1 minute et demie.
  4. Réserver dans un bol.
  5. Ajoutez maintenant le mascarpone et trois cuillères à soupe de crème fouettée dans le verre. programme à

  7. Ensuite, versez le contenu du verre dans le bol et mélangez bien le tout.
  8. Laver le verre et ajouter le café et le sucre. programme à

  10. Ajoutez ensuite 200 millilitres de bière et faites tourner le robot à

  12. Réservez le sirop que vous avez préparé.
  13. Mettez le papillon dans le verre, que vous aurez préalablement nettoyé, et ajoutez le sucre et les jaunes d’œufs. programme à

  15. Ajoutez la bière que vous n’avez pas utilisée et programmez pour

  17. Dans un récipient ajouter le contenu du verre, deux cuillères à soupe du mélange de crème et bien mélanger. Ensuite, ajoutez le reste du mélange et incorporez bien le tout.
  18. Ensuite, allez mettre les biscuits dans le sirop et posez-les sur un plateau comme base. Versez dessus la moitié du mélange de bière et de crème, puis la poudre de cacao, l’autre moitié du mélange et à nouveau le cacao. Mettez la barquette au réfrigérateur et conservez-la pendant au moins 2 heures.
