Ingrédients
- 1/2 kilo de haricots rouges
- 1 litre d’eau
- 1 pomme de terre
- 1 oignon
- 1 saucisse
- Le sel
- 30 grammes d’huile
préparation
- 12 heures avant de faire cette recette nous ferons tremper les haricots
- à 12h on met tous les ingrédients dans le verre de notre thermomix et on programme
- 75 minutes / 100ºC / rotation inverse / vitesse cuillère
- nous essayons au cas où vous en auriez besoin d’un peu plus, cela dépendra du type de haricot rouge que nous aurons choisi
- et nos haricots rouges seront prêts, facile non ?
