Ingrédients du gâteau au chocolat Nesquik au thermomix

    pour le mélange

    • 1 litre de chantilly ou de lait entier
    • 200 grammes de Nesquik aromatisé au chocolat
    • 100 grammes de sucre
    • 3 sachets de caillé royal (12 grammes chacun)

    Base de cookies en option

    • 200 grammes de biscuits au chocolat fourrés (type sandwich, ceux de votre choix)
    • 50 grammes de beurre

    Pour décorer

    • Noix de votre choix
    • Pépites de chocolat (blanc ou mixte)

    Préparation du gâteau chocolat Nesquik au thermomix

    1. Si votre choix est de placer une base de biscuit croustillant, placez les biscuits de type sandwich dans le bol du Thermomix et écrasez, programme.
    2. 3 secondes / vitesse 10
    3. Ajoutez ensuite le beurre et mélangez bien, programmez.
    4. 5 secondes / vitesse 5
    5. Le résultat sera une pâte sableuse. Verser le mélange dans un monde amovible, et bien répartir à la spatule le long de la circonférence pour qu’il soit plat et homogène, réfrigérer pour durcir.
    6. Si votre choix n’est pas la base de biscuits, ne vous inquiétez pas, vous enregistrez quelques étapes dans cette recette.
    7. Versez le litre de crème ou de lait entier liquide dans le bol du Thermomix, ajoutez les sachets de caillé, les 200 grammes de chocolat saveur Nesquik, les 100 grammes de sucre et programmez.
    8. 10 minutes / Température 100°/ Vitesse 3
    9. Laisser reposer quelques minutes, puis verser le mélange de chocolat dans le moule à charnière. Si vous avez la base de biscuits, versez le mélange avec précaution pour éviter d’endommager la base.
    10. Réfrigérer au moins 6 heures pour bien figer.
    11. Une fois le temps écoulé, sortez du réfrigérateur et démoulez délicatement.
