Ingrédients

  • 250 grammes de beurre en morceaux
  • 30 grammes de persil frais (seulement les feuilles)
  • 2 cuillères à café de poivre noir moulu
  • 15 grammes de jus de citron
  • 1 cuillère à café de sel

préparation

  1. pour commencer notre recette nous allons hacher le persil
  2. 10 secondes / vitesse 7
  3. Avec la spatule, on fait descendre les restes collés au fond du verre.
  4. Ajouter le beurre à température ambiante, le jus de citron, le poivre et le sel et programmer
  5. 30 secondes / vitesse 4
  6. Nous mettons une pellicule plastique et mettons dessus en faisant un rouleau, nous le façonnons et le mettons au réfrigérateur
