Ingrédients de poulet en sauce au thermomix

  • 1000 de poulet haché (n’importe laquelle de ses parties)
  • 100 grammes de vin blanc
  • 1 comprimé de bouillon de poulet
  • 2 oignons
  • 2 gousses d’ail
  • 3 carottes
  • 200 grammes d’eau
  • 1 cuillère à café de paprika
  • 1 cuillère à café d’huile d’olive
  • ½ cuillère à soupe de sel
  • ½ cuillère à café de poivre
  • ½ cuillère à café de muscade
  • ½ cuillère à café de cumin
  • 1 cuillère à café de fécule de maïs

Préparation du poulet en sauce au thermomix

  1. Pour commencer la préparation de cette excellente recette de poulet en sauce au thermomix, vous devez verser dans le verre du thermomix les oignons coupés en morceaux avec les gousses d’ail, programmer.
  2. 5 secondes / Vitesse 5.
  3. À l’aide d’une spatule ou d’une cuillère, abaissez les restes de légumes qui ont adhéré aux parois et au couvercle du verre thermomix, puis ajoutez la cuillère à café d’huile et programmez.
