  • 125 grammes de farine
  • 100 grammes de beurre
  • 150 grammes de sucre
  • 445 grammes de lait
  • Jus de 2 citrons (si vous voulez moins aigre ajoutez seulement le jus de 1 citron)
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau

préparation

  1. Avant de commencer la préparation de cette délicieuse Tarte au Citron Magique au thermomix, vous devez préchauffer le four à 160°C.
  2. Utilisez ensuite le micro-ondes pour faire fondre le beurre, attention à ne pas brûler le beurre.
  3. D’autre part, séparez les œufs versés, les blancs dans un récipient et les jaunes dans un autre. Réserve.
