Ingrédients
130 grammes de beurre ramolli 75 grammes de sucre 1 oeuf 1 jaune d’oeuf. préparation
Pour commencer on va écraser le sucre, mettre le sucre et programmer 15 secondes / vitesse 9 mettre le papillon sur les pales et ajouter le beurre (qui est tempéré doux) et mélanger 90 secondes / vitesse 4 on enlève le papillon Ajouter l’oeuf et le jaune et mélanger 3 minutes / vitesse 3 Notre crème au beurre sera prête, à utiliser dans des gâteaux ou des pâtisseries
