Ingrédients de la confiture de pomme et cannelle au Thermomix

  • 1kg de pommes
  • 400 grammes de sucre
  • 1/2 citron en jus
  • 1/2 tasse d’eau
  • 30 grammes de beurre
  • 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
  • 1 cuillère à café de noix de muscade

Préparation de la confiture de pomme et cannelle au Thermomix

  1. Avant de commencer à préparer notre confiture de pommes, nous allons bien couper et nettoyer les pommes, en enlevant les pépins et en les divisant en 4 morceaux
  2. Une fois propres, nous les mettons dans notre bol du Thermomix, ainsi que le sucre, le jus de citron, l’eau et le reste des ingrédients et broyons, pour ce que nous avons programmé
  3. vitesse progressive 5-7-10 / 20 secondes.
  4. alors nous allons programmer
  5. température varoma / vitesse 3 / 25 minutes.
  6. après un quart d’heure, il est pratique de retirer le bécher du couvercle pour l’aider à perdre un peu de liquide avec l’évaporation
  7. Après le temps si on voit que ce n’est PAS trop épais, on laissera 5 minutes de plus, même programmation.
