Ingrédients

  • 1 bouteille de cava, brut nature
  • 1 gobelet de grenadine
  • 1/2 verre de cognac
  • 1/2 tasse de cointreau
  • 1 orange
  • 1 citron
  • 60 grammes de sucre
  • 66 cl de limonade (2 canettes de citron, meilleurs schwepps ou KAS)
  • 33cl. orangeade (1 boîte d’orange, meilleurs schwepps ou KAS)
  • Fruits rouges (pour décorer)
  • Glace

préparation

  1. Pour commencer, on épluche l’orange et le citron en retirant la partie blanche et les pépins au fur et à mesure qu’ils deviennent amers et on les met dans notre bol du Thermomix et programme
  2. 10 secondes / vitesse 10
  3. Ajouter le cointreau, le cognac, le sucre et la grenadine et mélanger
  4. 5 secondes / vitesse 4
  5. Ajouter l’orangeade et la limonade et mélanger
  6. 10 secondes / vitesse 2.
  7. On met le mélange dans une grande carafe et on ajoute la bouteille de cava et des glaçons et les fruits rouges
  8. et notre sangria de Noël sera prête
