Ingrédients

  • 35 amandes crues sans peau
  • 60 grammes d’huile d’olive
  • 85 grammes de sucre
  • 1 cuillère à café de cannelle moulue
  • 9 lanières de zeste de citron sans la partie blanche
  • 200 grammes de saindoux
  • 2 jaunes d’oeufs
  • 1 pincée de bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 blanc d’oeuf battu
  • 100 grammes d’amandes moulues
  • 400 grammes de farine

préparation

  1. Lorsque vous avez rassemblé ces ingrédients, suivez les étapes que nous indiquons :
  2. Ajoutez environ 75 grammes de sucre dans le bol du Thermomix et programmez pour
  3. vitesse 10/30 secondes.
  4. Ajouter les zestes de citron et la cannelle. Programmer un
  5. vitesse 10/30 secondes.
  6. Ajouter ensuite le beurre, les jaunes d’œufs, l’huile et la poudre d’amandes. Mettez le robot au travail
  7. vitesse 6/15 secondes.
  8. Ajoutez ensuite le bicarbonate de soude et la farine. A l’aide d’une spatule, bien mélanger le contenu du verre pendant environ 30 secondes.
  9. Ensuite, retirez la pâte du verre et, avec un rouleau à pâtisserie, étalez-la bien. Façonnez les petits chiens avec un coupe-pâtes et placez une amande sur chacun d’eux.
  10. Lorsque vous les avez tous, placez-les sur une plaque à pâtisserie préalablement tapissée de papier sulfurisé, badigeonnez-les de blanc d’œuf et saupoudrez d’un peu de sucre.
  11. Mettez la plaque au four, préalablement préchauffé, et gardez-les là pendant environ 12 minutes à 170º.
