Pouvoir déguster une liqueur maison est à de nombreuses reprises un délice authentique, je ne sais pas pourquoi mais la maison a toujours meilleur goût et avec thermomix faire nos propres liqueurs est extrêmement simple

Aujourd’hui, nous allons faire une liqueur de pomme, qui se prend généralement en shot après les repas ou pour toute fête de famille, idéale pour les cadeaux si vous êtes invité à manger chez un ami.

Ingrédients

  • 6 pommes
  • 400 grammes d’alcool à 95° (si on ne trouve pas d’alcool pour la consommation humaine, on peut mettre du cognac)
  • 350 grammes de sucre
  • 600 grammes d’eau

préparation

  1. Le processus de cette liqueur prend plusieurs jours car avant de le faire, nous allons faire mariner les pommes avec l’alcool
  2. On met les pelures de pommes, et les pommes hachées dans un bocal hermétique avec l’alcool
  3. et laissez mariner 10 jours dans un endroit sombre, secouez le flacon de temps en temps

une fois macéré nous procédons

  1. Nous mettons le sucre et l’eau dans notre bol du Thermomix et programmons
  2. 10 minutes/100°C/vitesse 2
  3. Laisser refroidir dans le pot.
  4. Filtrer l’alcool aromatisé que nous avons fait macérer avec une passoire et l’ajouter dans notre bol du Thermomix et programmer
  5. 2 minutes / vitesse 1
  6. Nous mettons la liqueur dans des bouteilles en verre et la laissons reposer pendant quelques semaines avant de servir
